1. Before you order

Properly measure the opening where you will be installing our products and make sure you understand all the technical and product information on our website. Make a note of the sizes you require and which way you want the doors to open and consider those all-important finer details like our colour options and the different glazing and integral blinds that we offer.

2. Ordering online

The products we have available are all listed online and purchasing them couldn’t be easier. Simply find the correct sized product for you and complete the product specification as you go. We’ve listed helpful tips and information along the way and once you’ve completed the order forms simply fill out your delivery address and place your order.

3. Turnaround times

We carry huge stocks of the materials needed to manufacture all our products, so our products are always available to be delivered to you within a matter of days. We also carry stocks of full manufactured products in our most popular sizes so once your order is placed a member of our team will contact you.

4. Delivery

We’ll arrange a convenient date with you & advise of time slot within a three hour window. All our products will be safely packaged but there should be at least one abled body to receive delivery. If you have ordered your bifold or sliding doors built-up then you should have two people on site to take the delivery of your products. Your products will come with clear & concise installation instructions plus our office team will be available by phone or e-mail should you have any questions.

5. After care

We pride ourselves on our aftercare and we have a technical team on standby ready to answer any questions that you or your installers may have. In the event of an issue with the installation we will be able to offer advice on how to put this right. We can attend site to both inspect & remedy the installation subject to a service charge, however if we ever inspect an installation and find an issue to be caused by a manufacturing defect then we will of course remedy the issue and return your service charge.
